- Who is TrueRock for?
- Managed Service Providers who manage Microsoft 365 for several client organizations. TrueRock works across all of them at once rather than one tenant at a time.
- Which Microsoft 365 plans does TrueRock work with?
- Any business plan, from Business Basic up. What's assessed follows each client's plan, and richer plans such as E5 add richer signals.
- Does TrueRock work on Business Premium?
- Yes. Business Premium is one of the plans TrueRock works on, and on Business Premium TrueRock can apply real sensitivity labels.
- How does TrueRock work with Microsoft Purview?
- It depends on the client’s plan. On any plan, TrueRock reads the content of files and classifies what is sensitive, across every client. From Business Premium up, it names the exact Purview label an item needs and ships it as a runbook you approve. Where a client has E5, TrueRock uses its Purview labels and can push auto-label policies at scale.
- How does TrueRock work with Microsoft 365 Copilot?
- Copilot's controls cover Copilot on each tenant. TrueRock governs Copilot alongside the other assistants a team uses, including Claude and OpenAI, under one policy the MSP sets across clients.
- What access does a TrueRock assessment need?
- A Microsoft 365 Global Administrator grants read-only access to the tenant. The assessment reads configuration and governance data only, and it cannot change anything in the tenant.
- Does the assessment read our documents or email?
- No. The assessment does not read the contents of documents, files, email, chats or messages; the permissions it requests do not permit it.
- Is TrueRock priced per seat?
- No. OutCrop is priced by how many clients you manage. Managed AI is priced per client.
- What counts as a client?
- One Microsoft 365 organization (tenant) you manage.
- Can I resell Managed AI at my own price?
- Yes. You pay per client; what you charge your client is yours to set. Usage is metered per client, so you see your margin on every one.
