1. What the assessment is

A read-only, point-in-time snapshot of a single Microsoft 365 tenant’s configuration, provided free of charge and without warranty of any kind.

2. Authority to grant access

You may only run an assessment on a tenant you are authorised to administer. Granting consent requires Microsoft 365 Global Administrator privileges, and by granting it you confirm you are permitted to do so.

3. What it is not

The assessment is not a penetration test, a compliance certification, a legal or regulatory opinion, or a guarantee that a tenant is secure. Findings describe what we observed in the configuration data we were able to read, at the time we read it. Our reports state explicitly what was examined and what was not; areas listed as not examined were not assessed, and no conclusion should be drawn about them.

4. We advise; you act

TrueRock does not change anything in your tenant. We surface findings, cite our evidence, and provide recommended remediation steps. Any change is made by you or your provider. You remain responsible for decisions taken in your environment.

5. Availability

The assessment is provided as-is and may be rate-limited, changed or withdrawn. Paid platform services are governed by a separate written agreement, which prevails over these terms.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the assessment to obtain information about a tenant you are not authorised to administer, and do not attempt to circumvent rate limits.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrueRock is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the free assessment.
